Planning applications identify homeowners at their highest spending moment. The extension is already budgeted; adding solar is a marginal cost with immediate payback through SEAI grants and reduced electricity bills.

Focus on extensions, renovations, and new builds. Rear extensions are the most common application type in Dublin, and the homeowner is already in "improvement mode."
