Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BuildLeads.ie and the weekly planning digest service operated by Kemi World Solutions, Dublin, Ireland ("BuildLeads", "we", "us").

The service

BuildLeads provides a weekly email digest of publicly available Irish planning applications, filtered by trade and by the local authorities each subscriber selects. All data is sourced from the public weekly planning lists published by Ireland's 31 local authorities under the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended). We do not create, modify, or guarantee the accuracy of planning application data.

Subscription and payment

• The subscription fee is €29 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time via your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by Irish consumer law.

Acceptable use

The digest is licensed for your own professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digest content to third parties. You may share individual planning records (which are public records) but may not commercialise the compiled digest.

Limitation of liability

BuildLeads makes no warranty that planning data is complete, accurate, or up to date. Planning applications are published by local authorities and may contain errors or omissions. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of any material changes at least 14 days in advance.
