BuildLeads.ie ("we", "us") is operated by Kemi World Solutions, Dublin, Ireland. We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.

What data we collect

  • Subscription data: When you subscribe via Stripe, Stripe processes your payment details and passes us your email address and subscription status. We do not store card numbers.
  • Email address: Used solely to send your weekly planning digest and transactional messages (receipts, cancellation confirmations).
  • Usage data: Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

Lawful basis

We process your email address on the basis of contract performance — to deliver the service you subscribed to. Server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in securing the service.

Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Data retention

We retain your email address for the duration of your active subscription plus 6 months, then delete it unless you request earlier deletion.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email hello@buildleads.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.

Cookies

BuildLeads.ie does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. The only cookies set are strictly necessary session cookies by Cloudflare for security purposes.
